I'm a Chartered Accountant and the founder of R Taparia & Associates, based in Jaipur, India.
My work sits at the intersection of accounting and ERP consulting — two disciplines that are usually handled by different people, often with poor coordination. Over the last 6+ years I've helped founders and finance teams across 20+ countries move from fragmented, unreliable numbers to structured financial systems they can actually manage from.
My focus today is ERP implementation first — primarily Odoo, with deep experience in Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. Alongside that, I provide controller-level financial advisory: cashflow planning, KPI dashboards, margin analysis, and monthly financial reviews for businesses that need that clarity without a full-time CFO.
I've handled CoA migrations from Tally to Odoo, multi-currency accounting setups, GST and VAT configuration across jurisdictions, and post-migration data validation for clients ranging from small trading businesses to multi-entity operations across Canada, the UK, and the Middle East.
I'm a qualified CA from ICAI, with additional certification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection. I work closely with clients — not through a large team — which means the person you speak to is the person doing the work.
