Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the firm, ensuring optimal performance and exceptional client service.
- Implement and manage operational plans, projects, and processes in alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for operational processes, quality assurance, and productivity improvement.
- Manage and optimize operational practices including accounting procedures, compliance management, budgeting, reporting, and fund management.
- Lead the integration of technology and software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo ERP) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across the team to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, preferably within a Chartered Accountant firm or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Familiarity with IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
